  The need to think "different" about our World is absolutely critical.     Why the courage is not there is a profound question that is yet to be answered especially as the World Bank has just come out with this doomsday report that seems not to have been covered by anyone in the so-called US and World Mainstream media that seem to have been preoccupied with Syria and Afghanistan:
