Notations On Our World (Weekly Edition) : On the Possibilities Beyond Fossil Fuel

Arcadia Power is an interesting company we've been following  as they work to be at forefront of moving all away from fossil fuel.   Our team received their latest newsletter to get insights on what they're up to.   Please enjoy:

Happy July!

We're excited to announce that our largest community solar project to date will be located on top of a local grocery store in New Providence, New Jersey!

Our community solar program allows you to support the growth of solar while receiving monthly savings on your utility bill. That means no equipment, no home visits, and if you move, your savings move with you. Plus, it's available to all of our customers across all fifty states.

AP Loves The Outdoors

For National Great Outdoors Month, the Arcadia Power team chose 13 of their favorite places to visit.

From North Carolina to Hawaii, and everywhere in between, be sure to check out our recommendations and take advantage of the great outdoors!

Summer Savings

Use your online dashboard to earn savings off your next power bill when you refer friends and family to Arcadia Power.

For each friend you refer, you'll both save up to $25 off your next utility bill. And there's no limit to the number of referrals you can send.

Featured Wind Farm

The Wild Horse Wind Farm located in Washington state has 149 wind turbines with the capacity to generate up to 273 megawatts (MW) of electricity.

Each blade is 129 feet long - a wingspan that's larger than that of a Boeing 747!

Energy Efficiency Tip

To increase your A/C efficiency, we suggest moving furniture out from in front of vents, that way they won't block the airflow.

Also, avoid placing heat-emitting appliances, such as lamps or television sets, near your air conditioner or cooling systems.
