Notations From the Grid (Special Local Edition): A Vision is Realized



Our hometown is about to get a significant facelift to transform The Civic Center as:

On Tuesday the Board of Supervisors unanimously approved the Option and Master Lease Agreements for the Laguna Niguel Town Center with Laguna Niguel Town Center Partners, LLC, (LNTCP) for a mixed-use development on County owned 24-acres property formerly known as the South County Justice Center.

We look forward to assessing its' developments over the ensuing months and years.
