Notations From the Grid (Special W-End Edition): #RandomThoughts

Our team was on the road throughout Southern California This Week as we finally got some much needed rain.   We also wanted to think about how to create a better future & a better tomorrow--by realizing what is important today.    This is why what we ran across is so important right now as we leave you with the following for the weekend:

The truth of the matter is that
you always know the right thing to do.
The hard part is doing it.
- Norman Schwarzkoff

If you are neutral in situations of injustice,
you have chosen the side of the oppressor.
If an elephant has its foot on the tail of a mouse
and you say that you are neutral,
the mouse will not appreciate your neutrality.
- Desmond Tutu

Safeguarding the rights of others is the most noble
and beautiful end of a human being.
- Khalil Gibran

Do your little bit of good where you are;
its those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.
- Desmond Tutu
