Leadership & Vision in Action

The idea of leadership & vision is as old as time itself.  I was reflecting upon this as I saw this in the Wall Street Journal about what Yahoo's CEO has done to turn around one of the initial pioneers that helped start it all:

"It's no longer shameful to work at Yahoo," one employee said. Employee turnover is half of what it was a year ago.
