Notations From the Grid: #FCC throws down the gauntlet On Net Neutrality

The battle over net neutrality takes on a new dimension as the FCC came out and in essence adopted President Obama's Stance to reclassify the internet as a "Utility":

We here @ #outsiders joined the public comment period and are very pleased to assess the development as the FCC will be leveraging its' power under Title II to be able to do this.   We will continue to assess this as the FCC begins the implementation phase.
